Privacy Policy

Effective Date: December 2, 2025

1. Introduction and Scope

Skoot (“we,” “us,” or “our”) describes in this policy how we collect, use, and handle information when you access or use the Service available at skoot.pro. This policy applies to all users of the Service and operates alongside the Terms and Conditions.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide: Account details such as email and any information you submit while using the Service. OAuth-retrieved data: When you connect third-party accounts, we receive the data permitted by the scopes you authorize. Technical data: Device information, IP address, browser type, and interaction logs required to operate and secure the Service.

3. How We Use Information

Operate and maintain the Service. Generate analytical outputs based on the data you authorize. Protect the Service from abuse or unauthorized access. Meet legal or regulatory obligations. Data is not used for model training without explicit consent.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Data retrieved from connected accounts is retained only as needed to operate the Service or as required by law. Disconnecting an OAuth account stops all further access to that provider. Users may request deletion of their stored data; deletion is carried out within operational limits.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent personal information. Data may be shared with service providers that support operation of the Service, limited to what is necessary for that purpose. Information may be disclosed if required by applicable law or to protect the integrity of the Service.

6. Security Measures

Technical and organizational controls are in place to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No system can guarantee complete security.

7. Third-Party Services

Connecting third-party platforms allows those providers to supply data to the Service. Their handling of data is governed by their own policies, and we do not control their practices. Disconnecting a linked account stops further data flow from that provider.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You may access or request deletion of your stored information. You may disconnect OAuth connections at any time. OAuth permissions can also be revoked directly within the settings of the third-party provider.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not designed for use by persons under the age required to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

10. Changes to This Policy

Updates may be made periodically. The current version is posted at skoot.pro and becomes effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service signifies acceptance of the updated policy.
