Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: December 2, 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

Accessing or using Skoot (“Service”) constitutes agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms may be updated at any time by posting the revised version on skoot.pro. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Skoot is a data analytics platform that connects to user-authorized third-party services through OAuth and processes retrieved data to generate analytical outputs.

3. User Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.

4. Access to Third-Party Services

Users may choose to connect external accounts through OAuth. By connecting an account, you authorize the Service to access permitted data from that third-party provider solely to generate analytics. Permission to access a connected account ends immediately when you disconnect it. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right and authority to connect any third-party accounts you authorize through the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not engage in unlawful activities, interfere with the functioning of the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, reverse engineer the platform, or use the Service in a manner that violates the terms of any connected third-party provider.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, content, and branding, remain the exclusive property of the operator of Skoot. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

7. Service Modifications and Beta Status

The Service is a free beta offering. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time without notice. Performance, availability, and output may vary during the beta period.

8. No Advisory or Accuracy Warranty

Analytical outputs are generated algorithmically and may contain errors or omissions. Outputs do not constitute financial, legal, or business advice.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of Skoot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, loss of access to third-party accounts, reliance on analytical outputs, or failures caused by third-party platforms, APIs, or integrations. These limitations survive termination of your access to the Service.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service depends on external APIs and platforms. Third-party providers may change their systems, impose limits, or experience outages, and such events may affect the Service. The operator of Skoot is not responsible for actions or policies of third-party providers.

11. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated at any time if these Terms are violated or if continued access is no longer feasible. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Updated versions replace prior versions when posted on skoot.pro.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
